💼 Job Role: Listing Support Executive

As part of the Listing Support Team, you will help property owners and agents to list their properties on our platform, guide them through the process, provide support via calls, and ensure smooth onboarding.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Contact property owners and agents to assist in listing properties.
• Explain how to upload property details, photos, and pricing.
• Handle inbound/outbound support calls and resolve customer queries.
• Verify property details for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for smooth operations.
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and listing activities.

📚 Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / data entry).
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Calling experience in customer support, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage.
• Requirements:
  • Must have a personal computer/laptop.
  • Stable internet connection and smartphone.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
