At Bhumispark, all payments made for property listing packages are final. By purchasing a listing package, users acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Refunds
- Payments made for any listing package are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect submission of property details
- Technical issues on the user’s side
2. No Returns or Exchanges
- Listing packages cannot be returned or exchanged for another package.
- Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate package based on their requirements.
3. Package Activation
- Once payment is successfully completed via Razorpay or any other payment method, the listing package will be activated immediately.
- All listings will be supported by verified profiles and listing assistants, as described in the package features.
